L’université de Caen Normandie (France), l’université Polytechnique de Valence (Espagne), l’université de Modène et de Reggio d’Émilie (Italie) et l’université tchèque des sciences de la vie de Prague (République Tchèque) sont partenaires dans le cadre du Partenariat de coopération Erasmus+ dans le domaine de la technologie et de l’innovation alimentaire : NETFOOT – Network for transdiciplinary and transregional approaches on food technologies.
NETFOOT s’inscrit dans une démarche d’intégration de l’évolution des technologies dans l’industrie alimentaire tout en promouvant leur origine géographique ainsi que le savoir-faire traditionnel, il s’articule en ce sens autour de trois objectifs principaux :
- La création d’un MOOC pour une alimentation saine, sûre et durable,
- La conception d’un programme de mobilité courte d’écoles d’été,
- La création d’un guide de conception d’une école d’été à destination d’un large public.
La réunion de lancement s’est tenue à Caen les 21 et 22 mars 2022 et la première cohorte d’étudiants sortants et entrants en école d’été NETFOOT est attendue à Caen pour l’année universitaire 2023.

The University of Caen Normandy (France), the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain), the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy) and the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague (Czech Republic) are partners within the framework of the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in the field of food technology and innovation: NETFOOT – Network for transdiciplinary and transregional approaches on food technologies.
NETFOOT is part of an approach to integrate the evolution of technologies in the food industry while promoting their geographical origin as well as traditional know-how, in this sense it focuses on three main objectives:
- The creation of a MOOC for healthy, safe and sustainable food,
- The development of a short mobility summer school program,
- The creation of a summer school designing guide intended for a wide audience.
The kick-off meeting was held in Caen on March 21 & 22, 2022, and the first cohort of NETFOOT summer school students is expected in Caen for the academic year 2023.
