In-person registration

Registrations for the 2024/2025 academic year will take place from 2 July 2024*.

First-time international students cannot register online; they must make an appointment to register in person. Appointments will soon be available at the following address: https://www.unicaen.fr/formation/candidater-sinscrire/sinscrire/etudiants-etrangers-campus-france-parcoursup-ecandidat/

Registration fees

The University’s Board of Directors has voted to partially exempt international students from the differentiated fees. However, these students are still required to pay registration fees at the rates applied to EU students (Bachelor’s degree: 175€, Master’s degree: 250€, doctorate: 391€, engineering degree: 618€) as well as the CVEC of €103.
This exemption is applied automatically and requires no action on the part of the student.

In order to register, you must have previously applied and received a registration authorization.

Students in supervised mobility (Erasmus +, inter-university partnerships, OFNEC, etc.) and DUEF students are not concerned by these registration procedures.
