Chaque année, l’université de Caen Normandie consacre une semaine entière à ses partenaires internationaux, leur donnant l’occasion de découvrir notre institution et le patrimoine historique unique de la région normande.
À travers des sessions, des réunions de facultés et de personnel et des présentations, nous partagerons les meilleures pratiques et échangerons sur les questions et objectifs communs liés à l’éducation internationale.
L’édition 2023 de notre Semaine des partenaires internationaux se tiendra du 10 au 12 mai, sur le campus principal de l’UNICAEN situé dans le centre-ville de Caen.

Inscription en ligne avant le 10 avril 2023.
Nombre de places limité. Confirmation définitive de l’inscription par email.
Frais de participation forfaitaires de 50 euros, couvrant les repas listés dans le programme et l’excursion à la demi-journée sur les sites du débarquement.

International Partner Week
Each year, the University of Caen Normandie dedicates a whole week to its global partners, giving the opportunity to discover our institution and the unique historical heritage of the Normandy region.
Through sessions, faculty & staff meetings and presentations, we will share best practices and exchange on common issues and objectives related to international education.
The 2023 edition of our International Partner Week will be held on May 10-12, on UNICAEN main campus located in downtown Caen.
Program
9 am > Welcome breakfast
10 am > About UNICAEN (presentations and tour)
Mission statement, academics, research, student support, international outreach: a walking overview of what UNICAEN is all about.
Noon > Lunch at the campus 1 restaurant
1:30 pm > Beyond classrooms (site visits)
Immersive VR room, joint research units, real-time trading room…. Exploring the academic and scientific diversity of a multi-site University.
5:15 pm > Walk to downtown Caen
6:15 pm > Free time
7:45 pm > Partner dinner at Le Raphael
9 am – 11:30 am > Connect & Share #1 (job shadowing)
Individual or group meetings based on common activities and/or projects.
Lunch > Express lunch for participants to the excursion
1 pm – 6 pm > The D-Day and the Battle of Normandy (excursion)

Registration
Register online before April 10, 2023.
Limited number of participants. Final confirmation of registration sent by email.
Participation fee: 50 euros flat fee, covering all meals mentioned in the program and the half-day excursion to the D-Day landing sites.
